Shipping Fees
Orders below $89.00 are subject to a shipping fee of $7.50. Eligible orders totaling $89.00 or more qualify for free shipping. The applicable shipping charge and eligibility should be reviewed at checkout.
Order Processing
The standard order processing time is 1–3 business days. Orders submitted before 5:00 PM begin processing on that business day. Orders submitted after 5:00 PM, or on a relevant holiday, begin processing on the next business day.
Beginning processing does not mean that an order has already shipped. Actual processing and shipment timing may vary according to the circumstances of the order.
Carriers and Estimated Transit Time
Depending on the order, shipments may be handled by DHL, UPS, or DHL Express. Estimated transit time is 6–10 business days after the carrier receives the shipment. This estimate does not include the order processing period before carrier handoff.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Applicable taxes and customs-related arrangements will be handled in accordance with the information provided in our Shipping Policy and the requirements that apply to the shipment. No additional fee or payment obligation is created by these Terms beyond applicable charges disclosed in accordance with law and the relevant transaction terms.

6. Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet shipped, you may contact us to request cancellation. Cancellation requests are subject to review and confirmation based on the actual status of the order. Please submit your request as soon as possible, as processing may already be underway.
If an eligible cancellation of an unshipped order is approved, a full refund will be arranged to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider.
